Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Romania.

Please be aware all pre-order pieces have up to a 1 week processing time prior to dispatch.

Once an order has been placed, changes to the delivery address cannot be made. Please double check the spelling of the address before placing an order.

The delivery of the products ordered on www.notiziadesigns.com is carried out by means of the fast courier service, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday 16:00 until Sunday will be registered as received on Monday. Orders will not be delivered on public holidays or holidays.

National Shipments:

Delivery on the territory of Romania is made within 1 - 3 working days from the receipt of the confirmation email by the courier company Fan Courier.

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we have a high volume of orders. You will receive a notification and tracking number by email when a tracking number has been created.

In the case of choosing the cash on delivery option, a fee of 7.59 lei (VAT included) will be applied.

International Shipping:

The delivery is made through the courier company Fan Courier (express shipping), within 2 - 10 working days, the delivery time may vary depending on the final destination and the pick-up location. Only card payment is accepted. The standard international shipping is through Romanian Post: 5-7 days for EU orders, 7-12 days non-Eu.

International duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority when the package is received in your country. Importantly, all countries have different rules on this, so we cannot specify you exactly what customs duties you may be required to pay, as this is determined upon import by local customs officials. You won't always be required to pay import taxes or duties, but it's important to find out what taxes apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.

Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the package, you will not be refunded for your order.

According to Romanian legislation, "The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good or to give up a Service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than those of delivery. The merchant, if he cannot execute the contract because the product or service is not available, he must inform the consumer about this unavailability, and the sums he paid as payment must be reimbursed by the merchant within a maximum of 30 days".

The products are shipped within 3 - 8 working days from the date of completion of the order.
